By accessing or using the Technology or AI tools, services, or solutions (“AI Services”) provided by Sprouts Technologies and/or its affiliates, you (“the User”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Liability
   Sprouts Technologies, its associates, employees, partners, or affiliates shall bear zero liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, losses, claims, or costs arising out of or related to the use (or inability to use) the AI Services.

2. No Warranty
   All AI outputs are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, whether express or implied. Users acknowledge that AI-generated information may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for their intended purposes.

3. User Responsibility
   The User accepts full responsibility for how they use, interpret, and act upon any information, recommendations, or decisions made based on the AI Services. The AI Services are intended to assist but should not replace professional judgment where required (e.g., medical, legal, financial, or business decisions).

4. Indemnification
   The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sprouts Technologies and its associates against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of the AI Services.

5. Limitation of Use
   The AI Services must not be used for unlawful purposes, misuse, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. Any such use is strictly prohibited and solely the User’s responsibility.

6. Amendments
   Sprouts Technologies reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the AI Services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
